There are reports he's headed back to Tampa early after suffering a right shoulder injury. Let's hope it's not serious. If he can't start the season, who takes his spot?

Tyler Wade do you mean? I would think one of our top Prospects no? What about Tejada somewhat of a veteran?

Tyler Wade do you mean? I would think one of our top Prospects no? What about Tejada somewhat of a veteran?




Do you expect them to rush Mateo or start the clock on a prospect like Torres?

I'd like to see Wade; play the hot hand ... but knowing the Yankees, it'll be Tejada.

Agree with Girardi on this one...players playing for their country is not the same as spring trainning...higher probability for injuries.

I dont know It seems Mateo has been in our minor Leagues a long Time I think he Is ready but I wouldnt rush Torres ...



Mets fans talk highly of Tejada wouldnt mind him either. He had a great 2015 if it wasnt for Utley breaking his leg in the championship game what could have been?
