Sept 1949, My Father took me 2 my first NYY game, Ted Williams,Dominick D, Joe D, My first IRT Train ride on "The D Train", what'a cool ride, watching "The Cat" Mize hit many ph HR"s Mel Allen's "Ballentines Blast"

Don't know if you read it Blue but a great book on 1949 by David Halberstam about the race between the Yanks and the Sox.


 Mine was 1967. Twi night double header vs RedSox. Second game went 20 innings. Stayed for all of both games.


 Lauren was there to.
