BS!  WS champ has nothing to do with MVP.  You're a troll, GTFO!

I do understand your bias, but only a Yankee fan could conceivably vote Judge ahead of Altuve in the MVP balloting.........From start to finish, Altuve was the MVP of the league....hands down.......

Wow! Your team finally wins a World Series (with a save from the umpires) and now you think you deserve every award...  Idiot.    Without Altuve, you still go to the playoffs. WS is irrelevant.   Without Judge, the Yankees are not even sniffing the postseason. That is what the MVP does. Come down from your little high and back to reality.  Judge is the MVP.

You just made a point for Judge to be the Yankees MVP, not league MVP.  Being the MVP of your team, doesn't make you MVP of the league.  It's all about who was the best player in the league this year.....and that person was Jose Altuve.....

It's not remotely "hands down" in favor of Altuve at all. In fact, the competition for the MVP is fairly close, with Judge ahead on some surface measures, and Altuve ahead on others.

It's only after a hard look at all of the contextual factors that Altuve emerges as deserving of the MVP Award. But it isn't an easy or decisive margin.

There was no player more valuable in the league, to his team. I made the point for AL MVP. Obviously, he was MVP of the Yanks as well!  I'm not thinking you are too bright....

Totally agree with you, luv...without Judge, Yankees don't go to the playoffs...without Altuve, Stros still go to the playoffs. That's what league MVP is, the one guy in the entire league who was most valuable (important) in deciding how his team finished the season. No single player in the American league made more impact on his team, than Aaron Judge did. Period...and I say this not knowing, and frankly not caring (because regardless of who is voted MVP, it still won't change the meaning of what an MVP is) who the baseball writers voted as the AL MVP in 2017.
