FBI Timeline on Porter Investigation At Odds With White House

FBI director Christopher Wray said the bureau completed its investigation of White House staff secretary Rob Porter last July, nearly seven months before Porter was forced to resign over allegations of domestic violence from two ex-wives.

That's at odds with the White House account, which said the Porter investigation was "not complete" at the time of his ouster, last week.

The FBI director testified about the timeline before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday morning. His account renews questions about why the Trump administration allowed Porter to remain in a sensitive job for so long, once information about the allegations against him was available, and how forthcoming the administration has been regarding what it knew about Porter.

It's a difficult process to find competent people to work in the Oval Office for this administration. Thus the reason why Kelly tried hard to retain what is presently available to them.  As Porter departs, who is willing to step up to the plate?  Trump's adminstration is filled will questionable personnel not passing the security test receiving high level intel. It's problematic when a bevy of personnel has been leaving the White House in large proportions.

I believe most can walk and chew gum at the same time.....Beating women in itself is problematic, but getting into the nuts and bolts of this administration without security clearance  to view high security intel is a huge issue.

Are you defending the timing of Trump's comments about Porter and spouse abuse?

Speaking of Russia? Why didn't Trump put sanctions on them against a unified Congress' wishes?

Why are people in the Trump White House who do not have full security clearance handling classified information?

I too am waiting for answers to those listed questions...I bet Hannity can put a nice spin on it as his most fervent student Trump listens feverishly.
