And Foxconn officially denied this claim.

Please post a link. Everything that I have read said that Foxconn got a 4 billion dollar tax break to build large LCD panels but their plans have now shifted. They also promised to hire 13,000 which was another misnomer

After the CEO talked to Trump and the WH he said they would manufacture small LCD panels instead.

We'll know the real story in a couple of years.

The major culprit is the withholdings.  You're paying less in taxes but you had less taken out throughout the year as well.  That less taken out through the year was more than your tax break.  Smart Americans realized this and put that extra money away so that they could earn interest on it instead of giving the government an interest free loan.

The other major culprit is the SALT deduction limitation.  That only affects the middle class in 3-4 states, New York being one.  I lost about $9,000 in deductions this year and I live in a single family home.  My property taxes pushed over the SALT cap on their own, so I got nothing in sales tax deductions (which really killed me because I purchased about $20K in materials making home improvements).

Great move to transfer wealth by cutting taxes for the uber rich and corporations at the expense of the porletariat.

This chump will never be mistaken for a financial planner. 1.5 trillion in debt over the next 10 years with much less revenue.

Suckers!

Would've paid for his wall, with $2B left over for him, Kraft & Epstein to spend on hookers.
