why? How do you think this will impact Yankee broadcasts? Aside from the games, the station isn't much

ESPN will undoubtedly employ its graphics and other crap.  In other words, we're going to see more of that dumb K-box and statcast crap.

Maybe we'll get a brand new MESSAGEBOARD!

The only thing I care about is OUR GUYS, the broadcasting crew. I don't wanna lose them in favor Jessica Mendoza or John Smoltz.

Perhaps ESPN Radio will be the Yankees Radio network now. Why are the Yankees on the Mets station?  The only good thing about the Yankees on the WFAN is that the radio station kicked the Mets to the curb.  While the Yankee games on FM, the Mets are still on AM. LOL..that's hilarious.

Ya know the funny thing about the Mets?  For the past year or so, I have "cut the cord" when it comes to TV.  All the cord cutting services, don't offer SNY.  LOL.  They pretty much all offer YES.  That's hilarious.  LOL...and Syndegaard said the NYC is a Mets town?

"Pitaro also will be able to leverage the regional networks, including the Yankees’ YES Network, that Disney is set to acquire in the $52.4 billion deal with Fox. ESPN is doubling down on its core business of showcasing live games with the Fox deal, but, though these telecasts are local as compared to ESPN’s more national focus, they do arrive with the same inherent long-term risk that ESPN faces."

Espn buying Yes doen't bode well for this message board as ESPN ended their boards back in 2011.

Boone: You know my mama wanted me to be a Manager.

Judge: My dad wanted me to be a baseball player.

Boone: Well you're better than any player I ever had. And you're the best God damn player I ever saw. Suit up.

I'm gonna miss you guys when ESPN neuters this board. Sad to see.  How did the Yankees allow their message board to be taken over by the Sux lovers???

I think it will be a sad day for Yankee fans when/if this happens.. Like someone said these boards most likely be gone, and I'm wondering how much availability we'll have to the games as we know them now.. I can't stand to listen to ESPN, I hope they only own on paper only, I'd hope the Yes ideas would stick around, but ESPN will most likely destroy what is so good right now ??

"Look for YES Network in New York to become “ESPN New York,” Prime Ticket in Southern California to become “ESPN Los Angeles,” Fox Sports Carolinas to become “ESPN Carolinas” and so on down the line."

I'm still surprised that the yankees sold Yes to Fox in the first place? Once Yes was out of the Yankees control, this is what happens. Yet, with all their billions, we can't go over the cap? Fans always come in last! My worry is I might not see the Yankees in Pa. anymore. Of course this has a long time before it happens. Deal isn't done yet and the Goverment has to approve the deal.

Don't worry we won't even notice the difference except them replacing the booth with Jerry Remy and Dwayne Staats and Denis Leary replacing Meredith on the field.  The boys in Bristol will be focused on Judge's strike outs when he breaks the home run record.

Yankee games will be preempted to show Red Sox games on the new YES....

The White Shadow will be canceled and Walburgers will take it's place...
