This stinks! Yankees rarely win a doubleheader these days!

Hope tomorrow is rained out as well, with the way the Yankees look currently, the less the better. :)

Maybe by the time they would have to make it up in the summer, they will be playing actual, consistent, quality, winning baseball. Right now they don't look very fresh on the field in so many facets of the game, from key guys not hitting, bullpen pitching poorly, starting pitching has Sabathia hurt, etc.

Meanwhile a rare gorgeous April weekend in NYC...69° -78° sunny and dry.

Rainy and cold in NYC ...Yankees home games

Warm and sunny in NYC...Yankees on the road playing in cold and rainy terrain

They can't catch a break

Let's take advantage of it, because from all the forecasts I've seen, this will be the last good day in the NYC area for awhile!

LOL, I was thinking the same thing. Meanwhile the Astros, Red Sox and yes the Mets, just keep on winning, winning, winning. Either those teams, Astros aside as defending champs, are due for a nice baseball correction or they are in for one heck of a season. I expected the Yankees to be playing like those group of teams, alas not the case to this point. Boston is wiping the floor with the Orioles who Yanks managed to make look good and lose a 4 game series at home against. Ugh!.

Right now some teams are hot and we're not...  I hated to see this Detroit series get washed out, it was a chance to maybe get somethings ironed out.. With the weather we're having in SD and heading toward the Great Lakes, don't be surprised if they play any baseball there for a few days...

Baltimore: fights tooth and nail against the Yanks, lies down like lambs vs Boston. FML.
