I've been playing around with my audio settings trying to minimize that danm drum. 4 days of it ... UGH. GO Yankees!!

At least at this moment, this looks like our #1 line-up. I would like to see the same 9 guys for the next 4 games.

So Wade hits a homerun, and goes 2 for 4, and he is benched. Boone, your man crush on Walker is really annoying me. Put down that damn Girardi binder and use your eye balls! Enough already.

He does this all the time ... someone has a good game and they are immediately benched ... it drives me batty.

The only reason I can think of for playing Walker is they are going to have to make a decision when Gleyber comes back. So they may want to give him a few more chances to see if he is somebody who can help them off the bench. Walker offers no real defensive value even though he plays several positions although none of them particularly well. And he offers them nothing on the bases. His value if he has any is as a left handed hitter. Tyler Wade has speed and can play second, short and third as well as the outfield. Way more speed and versatility than Walker will give them.If Wade can hit even decently I think this one is a no brainer. Tyler Wade belongs on this team over Neil Walker. He brings a lot more to the table and on a 25 man roster you need bench players who can do a lot of things.

I agree with you ... I still find it terribly upsetting to see Wade benched after the great game he had last night ... how is anyone going to get on a roll without consistent playing time.

Maybe he thinks hitting against Kluber will hurt Wade's confidence. Or something...

Me too! It's the one thing that really bothers me!
