Well, it wasn't very original of them, but Judge set himself and his Yankee teammates up for that when he was playing the same song at Fenway. Which is why the Yankees should do their talking on the field.

Agreed. Not sure if Judge was intending to do that but if so surprising. He's shown more emotion this year which is fine but win first.

The music playing seem very uncharacteristic of Judge and unYankee like. If he wants to show more emotion he should show more emotion with the Home plate umpires

Judge should apologize for that stunt, which led to the Red Sox destroying the Yankees 16-1, and them sweeping the Yankees at Yankee Stadium, after which the Red Sox celebrated by playing NY, NY themselves. Hint to Judge: You celebrate when you win a series, not when your team gets a couple of fluke HRs and then do nothing for the rest of the series.

Do you seriously think that a song is going to make the Red Sox hitters and pitchers great and the Yankee hitters and pitchers terrible?

I guess you're right. The Yankees were just an awful team that decided to lose 16-1 (their worse post-season game in the history of the franchise) in their own ballpark, in the most important game of the season. No other reason was needed. What could I have been thinking?

The reason for that was because Severino didn't know what time the game started.

Yep, which goes back to bad managing...not being in control of his team before the game starts.

So it's not because Judge played music like you said...

LOL Yeah, I really meant that...Come on, these are professionals, there job is to win! Playing a song isn't going to determine the outcome of a game! The Yankees (Severino in particular) simply wasn't prepared for that game...which cost us the series. It's Boone's job to see that Severino was on the mound to warm up on time.

He was on time... that was fake news put out by Ron Darling.

Coco you really need to get a grip! You're making a fool of yourself. It's a game... we got beat by a better team! Why is that so hard for anyone to accept. They out hit, pitched and ran us. They did everything right. The Yanks had opportunities to score runs and didn't get it done. End of story!

They came out on top those games, no reason to believe it would be the same result if it were done over.  Postseason series are essentially a coin toss game of last man standing.  If the Astros repeat then they will have actually seperated themselves from the pack

We already know the best and healthiest team in 2018 was the 108 win Red Sox.  All anyone will remember is who wins the World Series when baseball allows 1/3 of the teams to advance
