He did honor them in the rain. Wonderful ceremony at Suresnse too bad you missed it. I'm waiting on Horowitz report on dirty games by democrats in FBI leadership and DOJ. Isn't Mueller getting tired of digging ? Well the money is great so keep digging for something on Trump.

How long didKen Starr investigate Bill Clinton again? I'm sure you had no problem with the length of that investigation. Right?

January 1994 to November 1998.  Should that precedent be followed?

The rules are clear: Whitaker can’t supervise Mueller’s investigation

I wrote the special counsel regulations. We never would have imagined a situation like this.

A little biased , He doesn't mention Rosenstein has more conficts then Whitaker. Session wasn't fired. He resigned. If he was fired it would be more clear. Whitaker is a temp. Trump should appoint someone as soon as possible and watch the Dems complain no matter who he appoints.

Come on Yank, the rules are what they are. And do you really believe that Sessions wasn't fired?

He wasn't fired. He could have refused to resign and then he could have made Trump fire him. Seen it many times. They give you the option so on record he wasn't.

Under FVRA it is questionable if he violated any rules. I'm sure somebody will bring a lawsuit so why get all worked up.

He's not firing Mueller. If I was Trump I'd appoint someone within the week and if the Dems are so worried about Whitaker do a speedy confirmation of his choice. Most wont vote for whoever it is.

I like how the Dems ignore all the reasons Rosenstein should recuse himself.

Just so we know the games the Dems play Holder Obamas buddy had 21 Republicans vote for him.

You forget one thing, when Obama was POTUS the Rep. could make up their own mind, with donald as POTUS they are not allowed to do that or they are in fear of their POTUS coming after them...

I say bring on the investigations.  All future Presidents should be dogged by them as a check on their power.
