Rock bottom approaching.

The Nets looked lethargic on both sides of the ball and there were no excuses this time. It wasn’t the second night of a back-to-back and it wasn’t a tough team they played. They put themselves in a hole and couldn’t make stops when they needed them most.

Losing LeVert, possibly for the season, really hurts. Between Kenny's mystifying and atrocious rotations and key players not stepping up or staying consistently good each game, I think they're tanking for a chance to get Zion or Barrett discreetly. This franchise needs to draft their own potential superstar. D-Lo can develop into a good player, but I don't see him as a player to build around.

Blowing an 18 point lead in the 4th quarter -- they quit. I don't care if Michael Jordan was injured. This wasn't a question of talent -- it was a question of heart. They. Quit.

No, this was a question of coaching. Not making the necessary adjustments nor utilizing other decent to good options on your bench is what caused them to lose multiple games during this disappointing skid. Plain and simple, Kenny is an idiot and too goshdarn stubborn much like the last several coaches the Nets have had in the past 10+ years. This mancrush experience, each year it seems, is utterly ridiculous. Who in their right mind is giving Jared freaking Dudley 25-30 mins a game?

Faried did something off the bench, too.

Gotta wonder if it's a matter of exhaustion.
