Miller is an American-hating bigot.

As much bad press as donald is getting about this speech to be, I'm wondering if a last minute pull out on his behalf wouldn't be another trick up his sleeve ?? I guess he figures no matter what his base and the uneducated will still believe whatever he says ...

The Washington Post disagrees .

After years of Trump’s dire warnings, a ‘crisis’ has hit the border but generates little urgency

Does anone have any thoughts to Trump scheduling this talk to deflect what has been reported in the news in regards Mueller's findings of Russian and the Trump family connections toward swaying the presidential elections.  It seems convenient for this "fireside chat" to occur at the same time of this revelation.

If there were an actual crisis,  then why did Trump shut down the government  leaving Homeland security defenseless ?  What a jacka$$....

Trump's 2020 reelection campaign sent fundraising emails for a 'border fund' in advance of his prime-time Oval Office address

  • Donald Trump's campaign committee sent a fundraising email Tuesday in advance of the president's prime-time address on immigration and the border wall. The email urges Trump supporters to donate to a "border fund" after promoting the address.

The Trump Make America Great Committee sent out an email hours before the president's controversial prime-time address asking Trump supporters to donate to the "Official Secure the Border Fund."

"We need to raise $500,000 in ONE DAY," the email, which is signed by Trump, says. "I want to know who stood with me when it mattered most so I've asked my team to send me a list of EVERY AMERICAN PATRIOT who donates to the Official Secure the Border Fund."

The email promotes Trump's Oval Office address, which aired on all major TV networks at 9 p.m. EST Tuesday.

Twitter users were quick to point out that it seems as if the president is fundraising off the Oval Office address.

The Make America Great Committee is a joint committee fundraising for the Trump 2020 campaign and the Republican National Committee. The email claims that "the American people have signed over 2,000,000 petitions demanding Democrats" build the wall.

The irony of the year so far...Trump talking about heart and soul last night...all the while soliciting (like the slimiest televangelist) money for the wall from "the faithful".
