There was a guy here who went by the username NYD who I believe was from the old forum.
NYD was my old screen name on the Yankee message board. I used that or NextYankeeDynasty from like 2004 until 2010.....I moved to Carolina in 2011 and have used CarolinaNYY ever since. I may have posted here a couple times under NYD but I dont even remember doing that so it probably was maybe a couple of posts at best.....I have been reading a lot of the posts in here today, mostly this thread it is is quite impressive.....I miss just talking Yankee baseball and can certainly do without any of the political posts that litter/littered other boards

There are a few ... but there is another board ... I don't know the name ... that's where most of them went to.
There was a board that was opened by one of the former posters on the old Yankee board. A few showed up but with some leaving on their own accord or being banned, the numbers are dwindling. I would say there are less than 20 (if that) that post on any sort of regular basis
People are fleeing from Niles' ark? Color me shocked!

You would think that running a forum of 20-30 people who have known each other to some degree for years would be the simplest thing in the world. From the moment that forum opened it felt like he wanted people to praise him for creating it.

Niles laid down the law that he was not going to allow any more Trump bashing on the forum. Felipe and Jerseygirl pushed back on that and they were banned. Niles came up with some half baked reason to ban them, but really he banned them because they dared to question his edict. He recently banned 7mick7 and the reason listed was "insubordination".....I wish I was making this up, but that is really how it is going over there.
