He's served 3 terms as a congressman and in that time he's  been the primary sponser of 3 bills that have been enacted. One was to change the name of a federal building. Pretty Impressive.

Beto 2020 Has No Reason to Exist

Of all the major candidates, he brings the least to the Democratic primary.

seems like he's having a mid life crisis, he should get a sports car and hook up with a 25 year old ,instead of running for Pres.

It's interesting that many Trump supporters claim they cast their votes for him as a "lesser of evils" vote, yet can't seem to find any announced or potential 2020 Dem candidate less "evil" than The Donald.

What a talented musician . Must have a tough call to leave that career behind for politics.

Some of the Dem candidates get called Maduro's twin, yet it's Trump's comments about the Free Press that mirrors Maduro's comments. The Dems have a lot of good candidates. It's way early, but Beto is my choice so far to win the Dem nomination

He plays the guitar like Trump plays his base for idiots. I would say more, but I'm "trying to save time and words."

I'm interested in hearing more about Beto, and Buttigieg ( although he's not likely to draw much interest)  I just hope Beto has enough toughness to battle against Trump...time will tell.

Why are some injecting race and gender as a criteria for a candidate.  We should be above it.  Just choose the candidate who speaks toward your beliefs.

Have you been in hiding? That's the Dems for you. It's all idenity politics. The fact that Beto is white and rich shouldn't matter. It's what has he accomplished as a 3 term congressman ? Enlighten me.

I admit he has charisma but don't see much else. These days that's probably all it takes.
