Ottavino was a great pickup and so was signing Britton. Once Betances returns they'll have 4 closers. Good insurance in case Chapman  starts trending down.

It was Clint Fraizer!

Boone: You know my mama wanted me to be a Manager.

Judge: My dad wanted me to be a baseball player.

Boone: Well you're better than any player I ever had. And you're the best God damn player I ever saw. Suit up.

I have been corrected!    Undecided

Boone: You know my mama wanted me to be a Manager.

Judge: My dad wanted me to be a baseball player.

Speaking of Frazier, he had a great couple of days, if he can keep the migraine headache problems away he just might live up to his #1 pick that the Indians used to get him ??

I am happy for Frazier and happy to put 3 wins in the books, but I can't take away a lot of positives from the series against Baltimore. That team looks so lost and that park plays so small that is distorts the game. A healthy Frazier would open up a world of possibilities for the Yankees. For now, just seeing him on the field is a plus.

"but I can't take away a lot of positives from the series against Baltimore."

  • 29 Runs, 14 HRs, 53 total hits and walks,
  • 3 game road sweep.
  • Judge hits his 1st 2 HRs of the season ... Torres , Sanchez and Frazier busted out in a massive way.
  • German pitched a no hitter through 5 games,
  • Chapman looked much better with 2 saves,
  • Paxton and the Yankees recovered from a terrible 1st inning to comeback and win ....
  • Nothing positive ... Nothing to See here folks move along

who the hell put you in charge of setting the tone of this board? So you decide when folks can celebrate and when folks should whine (the way you do most of the time). Just like from what I gather from the MLB board, you're not so well thought of here either. Why don't you try and be a little more friendy with fellow Yankee fans

I assume you are babbling at me so I will address this accordingly

  • Who the hell put you in charge of setting the tone of this board? A higher authority than you
  • So you decide when folks can celebrate and when folks should whine? Yes ...if intervention is required
  • Just like from what I gather from the MLB board, you're not so well thought of here either ... I don't care what you gather
  • Why don't you try and be a little more friendy with fellow Yankee fans ... I think I've been pretty friendly ...you should take your own advice
