Tanaka may need to do again what he did last Sunday against Snell.You figure you aren't going to get many runs against Snell but this is baseball and you never know. I don't want to be negative but is anybody else surprised Gardner is playing today and Frazier is sitting? I know Frazier has slumped since he came off the IL but still. Who is the bigger threat against one of the toughest left handed pitchers in baseball? Honestly watching Gardner batting against anybody is about as enjoyable as having a root canal.

At any time a stellar pitcher can deliver a bomb.  Last night DeGrom gave up 7 runs in 5 innings to the lowly Marlins and took a loss.

Beacuase they are still relevant for another two days but after we complete the sweep tomorrow they will fade away as we walk away with the AL East...
