And to expand even further when a player is playing hurt it's usually noticeable, just because someone is in a slump it's unfair to jump to the conclusion that said player is hurt unless you can identify he's favoring anything.  If the experts in the booth are unable to pinpoint something wrong with him how're we as fans going to assume injury is a possibility?  For example with Andujar it was pretty clear he was playing with an injury as he was holding back on his swing which the broadcasters were pointing out before they sent him back to the IL.

On the other hand O'neill has remained positive that with Judge that it looked like he would snap out of it soon.  As others has said it looks to be a mechanical issue that he's looking to resolve.

As I said, no one knows, including  O'Neil  if it's an injury or a slump. Everyone  is entitled  to an opinion, but it's not gospel.

That's all fine and dandy but like I said it's not even fair to bring up the topic without some form of sign other than a slump.  He's missed the majority of the season so it's more likely a timing/mechanical issue rather than an injury and if Judge himself says he isn't hurt then who are we to argue that?

He also said he wasn't hurt after he injured his shoulder, so...
