Pizza crust dough

I'm making pizza from scratch as usual. Dry active yeast, bread flour, salt, sugar, olive oil, etc.

So here's a question: what do you put in your pizza crust to give it some kick?

Going to experimernt with double 00 soft wheat flour.  I like my pizza thin and crusty.  Too much toppings will make it soggy.  Tomato sauce,  mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced red onions, calabrian chiles in olive oil, and fresh basil. Kalamata olives/roasted garlic is a nice added touch.
