^ If they got out of the 9th, they would've lost it later on anyway. The pathetic Yankee offense wasn't going to score again anyway, at least not before the Astros.

What makes it even more painful is that this same exact Astros team literally laid down for the Red Sox last year. They put up no fight against the Red Sox, when I was actually rooting for them to beat the Sox. Meanwhile, they become such tough fighters against the Yankees in 17 and now this year.

I wasn't trying to predict the future. I was just basing my expectation on the futility we have seen from them this whole series.

That tells me two things: 1. Last year's Red Sox team was better than last year's Astros. and 2. This year's Yankees wasn't as good as this year's Astros. Let's face it, when your team's name is "The Yankees", bad teams become mediocre, mediocre teams become good, good teams become great, and great teams become legendary. Tonight, you saw a great team become legendary.
