DH - Stanton, Voit, Ford, Andujar That's 8 potential OFers without Gardner why pay $7-10M when it could be used for a starting Pitcher, Betances, Romine or anothe rBU cathcer. There's just no room for this uneceesary glut of OFers and DHs

Surely you're not serious putting Hicks and Ellsbury on that list. Hicks will be out for a good part of the year and Ellsbury isn't even a remote possibility of playing next season. Even if he did, do you really think he's going to do anything having been out 2 years and fragile as a snowflake???

yup a number of knee slappers on that list  prefer to see us get younger & cheaper but no prob w gardy for more one dance at the same money if that's what they decide.

Gardner will be back. If nothing else the Yankees love him for security due to them having a walking Mash unit for outfielders. For that reason I agree. However I also know with him here it will cut down the playing time for Tauchman and that is a shame. It also leaves Frazier out almost completely so I expect to read about him having another tantrum. I will miss Maybin. Stanton more than likely will spend a lot of time Dhing, or God forbid, on the IL again. IMO Andujar will be around because until Urschela proves he can continue to hit like he has they won't trade Andujar and IMO Andujar can't play any other position. He can hardley play the one he has been assigned. He is really a tough call coming up for the Yankees. If Gio stops hitting with consistency the job most likely goes back to Miggy. ST is going to be a blood bath come cut time. No pun intended.
