Who was our left fielder at the time? I don't remember. Was our left fielder let go or was Knobloch moved there after the LF'ldr was hurt or maybe it was the following season. I really can't remember. I just know that Knobloch was at 2nd seemingly for ever after he got the yips.

He's not talking to you anymore ... what part of what he said to you didn't you get?

Hey Mo, I get it that you don't like chl, and neither does new, or lola, and a few others...  But leave the guy be, he has a good idea of what's going on, but he may percieve things differently. No crime there. If you all don't like him, ignore him. All personalities aren't going to mesh all the time, we should all try to understand that.

when did we start telling posters how to post with other posters? You're not exactly nice to Jonah and a number of other posters and I haven't seen anyone saying anything to you about it

Voit is the 1B and Bird needs to just be released. Change of scenery needed.

Tauchman might just be a average player that started to come on during the injury riddled season. Not sure I want to put the future in his hands. Frazier is a future all-star The Yankees and people that don't want him are FOOLS.

Betances is to streaky if he wants big money got get it someplace and use it on SP.

German failed this team, fans, and himself for his stupid behavior. I don't care if he ever pitches again.

Wade super utility player and late inning speed.

Andujar is a terrible fielder. Unless we can trade Stanton the Waste we don't need another DH so keep him and German in the waiting for trade needs.

Lock Up Judge.

Please do anything to get rid of Stanton.

I will only speak to the German opinion you have. The rest you are entitled to have that opinion. German is just like every other guy who got put in a bad spot and did something deplorable that he should not have done. However depending on the outcome of any prrof or non proof, America loves to forgive and forget. America is all about 2nd chances and just remember Chapman did some bad things and a handful of other bad guys of baseball with drugs, booze, women, and other assorted nasty behavior.

They all either were welcomed back and no one I know of except for Pete Rose has been banned from baseball and for gambling. To me hitting or beating on a woman is never acceptable and is far worse than betting on sports. We will see. He so far has served his punishment I believe, not clear on what transpired with him. If he comes back his transgressions will most likely be forgiven, by most. I don't necessarily agree with that but, if he does come back he will be really really good. Perhaps his focus will now be even greater than before. My opinion in my post is providing he is forgiven by baseball and is allowed back and the Yankees keep him. Just wanted to clear that up.

Slapping, beating are two different things, I have never heard anyone except you use the words beating ?? I don't think either should happen but there is a lot of difference between the two... I'm also sure there's a lot of players that have done as much or even more in other kinds of things that are playing today and that will play again... I sure hope Andujar isn't banned by anyone, either MLB or this team ?? Lots of people have made mistakes and it's our place to forgive, there's someone more powerful than us that forgives, why shouldn't we ??

I'm still sticking to the idea that Andujar can become a very good LF'r, there's been many of infielder that has become very good and even great outfielders, I see no reason Andujar can't be one of them ??

YOF I think they will find a way to use him also. I just don't know exactly where or how, but his bat is way to good from what he has shown, for them to trade him. I still believe he will get better at 3rd base not Urschela better defensively, but he will be here one way or the other.  In case Gio's bat slows way down to what his career numbers were before he got with the Yankees, if that happens he may get another shot at third..

Andujar is a beast at the plate. IMO, he could be (if healthy) the most feared batter on the Yankees. The Yankees must find a way to get him 500 - 600 ABS. If he can play LF that would be great. If not, they should get him work at 1B this offseason. Contrary to what some here have accused me of, I do not underappreciate the necessity of a good 1B, I just believe that neither Voit nor Ford are particularly good. LeMaheiu showed flashes of excellence at 1B, but if Gregorius does not return, he will probably be playing 2B. My take is if Andujar can be serviceable at 1B, he will be as good defensively as Voit/Ford, and his bat is a definte upgrade to theirs.

I think primarily because of all the injuries we had last season Cashman loaded up with some personal that not even he thought would be as good as they were. Seriously, who did? Tauchman, Urschela, DJ, Ford, Maybin, lit up the box scores. Then guys like Romine, Wade, and Estrada, all stepped up and the next man up cry went above and beyond. Boone lit up an umpire and the savages in the box line he screamed fired these guys up even more.

So with all that in mind now some real tough decisions have to be made. It got to the point where the new guys all had me wanting to keep all of them.lol... That's not going to happen but to me, it is like having to many valuable cars and finally realize there is no room in the Barn and some have just got to go. You hate to do it because as soon as you let a few go, they are usually the ones that go up in value and you made a mistake letting them go. Well that is where the Yankees are right now. Who goes to other avenues and who stays on the 26 man? I think Andujar is one bat that has to stay. Again, where is the question.

andujar's bat is electric. 47 doubles! 27 HRs! and while he could use more patience, he does put the ball in play. it will be a real shame to not find a place for him. unfortunately too many square pieces and round holes on this team. cashman really has his work cut out for him.

Andujar needs to be in the lineup. I believe he can play at least an adequate 1B...certainly as good as Voit; probably better...but he'd be a liability in LF, especially in YS.
