MAYBE HE IS SHY ABOUT HIS LITTLE TINY MAN BOOBS. lmao! This season will wear on him like he is being tortured. The way he will be boo'd on the road will affect him for his entire career. He should have thought about that. The egotistical little dwarf that he is, he would have to have a conscious I suppose, to let what is going to happen to him bother him though, I suppose. What jack wagon.

Hey Chi, I agree with you about Altuve's being a minus self in all this business, but resent your "little tiny man" reference. Are all short people the same as people with short or tiny minds? I know we live in a time where slam-down, negative tweets about others seem important if, at bottom, stupid, but can't we keep our criticism of players on the level of legitimate criticisms, i.e., about how one actually plays the game, whether 6'4" or 5'5"?

Hampfan;  I don't belong to Twitter, or face book, or any other social media for exactly the reason you just stated. I do know about the nasty people that go on those sites however from reading different things about it on line from time to time. That said,  normally I don't make reference to any person's size or any handicap as it were. Although I will admit I am not the most politically correct person most times,  but I really don't want to get into politics.

To my understanding little people don't want to be called "midgets" and take offense at it, and they went from wanting to be called dwarfs instead, and then that bothered them, and to now "little people." Hard to keep up with all the latest politically correct new age words and to be honest most of it is nonsense to me. I move on.

I think I just have so little respect for that jerk Altuve and Bregman and the Astro's,  I just wrote what I felt there. I realize Altuve is neither a dwarf or a little person and I directed that comment strictly to him and would never intentionally generalize an affliction to make it seem I think all little people are jerks. Not my intention there.  He is just small in stature so that reference was appropriate to me, that's all.

He is not only small in stature but small in mind and character to think he got away with something and he is forgiven just by saying he is "sorry"  especially the way he said it. BTW,  I will not give any respect to someone who has done what he has done, and then acts like he is acting, after the fact. Sorry if it offended you, or any little people, truly, but I am not sorry for bashing that low life. The man boobs comment was meant to be humor. In hindsight the dwarf comment was a bit much I guess. BTW, I should have put a comma after TINY. I meant his tiny, "man boobs" Not, tiny man boobs. Just to clear that up for you. But I did call him a dwarf.

Don't apologize ... it's Altuve ... he deserves any insult you can think of.

Is the fidget sorry he won the MVP by cheating?

Maybe he's the MVC!

Hoping this will at least keep him out of the Hall of Fame when the time comes.

gotta admit as time has gone on, the whole altuve "don't rip my shirt off" thing is bothering me & more. THAT'S what he was thinking about at a euphoric moment like that when he rounding third and had a deathgrip on his jersey? HAD to be a REASON. like some electronics under there.

And Correa said them wearing buzzers was a lie. Like he or anyone of those guys has credibility. I read something recently that said Altuve ran into the clubhouse and changed into another Jersey before celebrating on the field.

Has to be a clubhouse attendant that knows what was in Altuve's shirt, maybe someday he'll be fired and out the players. Wishful thinking. This whole thing irritates me so much more than the steroid issue.

This will keep them all out... the biggest scandal in baseball since 1919 will keep them out.

IMO.. This is worse than the steroids  due to the depth of people involved. The arrogance of these players thinking they could get away with this is mind boggling. And now 3 years later they're sorry. They just want to move forward... F Them! The fans and players have a right to be angry. This isn't going to go away after one day. I plan on raging on the players all season.

This scandal is so wrong on so many levels.

Hey Dakota... I agree.

This scandal is so much worse... on so many levels. I do believe more will be revealed. Too many people involved to keep the a secret. Someone will write a tell all book.

It's interesting that when this first broke, if I recall correctly, players were ****ed at Fiers for saying something. Now, with the scope of how far they went, players are not happy at all and are probably thanking Fiers. If I were ever at a game that Fiers pitched in, I would give him a standing ovation.

Kind of blows my mind watching someone like Verducci giving Altuve the benefit of the doubt with the buzzer theory. He had lost all credibility because of this. His reaction was not normal. Who does that? Rounding 3rd base after hitting a walkoff to send your team to the WS? I used to defend this jerk against those who accused him of using PEDs with no proof. Now I wouldn't doubt that he has done that.

Really want to see how Judge and others act when standing on 2nd base against the Astros. Judge is a nice guy but what this creep did and that team I wouldn't even acknowledge them except when I go extremely hard into 2nd base. Think of Hal McCrae into Willie Randolph.

It should be interesting.... Judge is a nice guy and a good person. At best I hope he turns his back to Altuve.... if I see any this chumming around on base I'm going to throw up.

Just remember, it's a business, and when the game is over, many players go hang out with friends from the other teams. I think back to that when ARod was with the Mariners, and the Yankees and Mariners got into a big brawl...Jeter and ARod were just chatting together hanging around 2nd base while the rest of the teams were angry, and fighting each other.
