The year the Yankees were supposed to win it all, will end with an asterisk.

Cocopugg Posts: 7,039	The frustrating part is, if the Yankees win the World Series this year, they will do so in a season that will most likely be cut short due to the Corona virus scare. What that means is, there will be an asterisk in the record books, showing the season was not a regular 162 game season. Think about the irony here...If the Yankees win the World Series in 2020, they will go down in the record books with an asterisk, but yet the Astros who admittedly CHEATED to win the 2017 season will go unscathed in the baseball record books. What's wrong with this picture?

And they don't, telling you there's no f'ing asterisks in baseball.
