Indeed there is no trust with Trump/McConnell. Instead of draining the swamp, they filled it. Their history/actions lead to this deadlock.

This is just empty hot air.

I asked you to provide the exact section of the bill that creates a slush fund and you can't do it.

You said "working stiffs eat dirt" and yet they were to get $$ from this bill.

Your posts are nothing but empty drama that you can't back up.   I believe the media did this you.

Let the struggling working stiffs eat dirt as industries pop open another bottle of Veuve Clicquot.

At the same time, we need to support business to save the economy. Indeed there is a lack of trust for government to execute proceedings going forward.  Industry stock buy back has fueled the lack of trust with greed abounds...as industries are focused in lining their pockets any which way possible.

Frustrating, it's catch-22..As angry as we must be with stock buy backs,  if we don't save companies, there won't  be any jobs. That's the sad truth.....a balance needs to come to the table with restrictions of stock buybacks. Like it or not it's a symbiosis arrangement with mutual benefits.

God forgive if the big business, airlines the auto industry etc. had to borrow money like the average American has had to ?? Their net worths are far more than the rest of America all together... Sure I feel sorry for the people that are out of work, but there's going to be millions out of work, and trust me they aren't all working for big Co's... If we give them another $500B they'll do the same thing they did the last time they got a bailout, besides look at the tax breaks donald gave them when he walked through the door of the WH... We can cry foul, but it's time someone hears the cries of the rest of America...

And just for a little something else to think about, why do the R.'s want to keep it a secret for 6 months as to who and where that $500B went ???

Part of the corporate problem is that so many companies HAVE ALREADY borrowed to the hilt following the FED's lowering of rates.  They look at it as "free money".  What they did with the money was, of course, the irresponsible thing in so many cases.  Stock buybacks, bonuses for execs, boons for stockholders instead of putting the money toward wages, benefits, new equipment, etc.  That money has to be paid back at a time when they might not even be able to do business because of the virus crisis.

You don't respond because you have no facts to back up your drama with Lauren.   Your posts are empty factually and you don't like having that exposed.

Make posts with facts included in them, you don't need to respond to me then.   But keep making baseless claims and I will keep pointing out that there is nothing there to prove those claims.

Sorry if they borrowed up a bunch of money to by more stocks or what ever, but like any business those stocks are still equity and like any business if you don't have the money some are forced to sell... When I ran my business if I needed money and had an equity-like cattle, grain or what ever, I sold it to get money to pay my bills... Sure they have stocks, in their own Co. and maybe not a bank full of loose cash, but again borrow against it or cash them in, this world shouldn't be any different for them than it is for me ??

For the average American the best way to tell if you have covid-19 is to cough in a rich person’s face and wait for their test results

When I owned the kennel I trained a lot of people to train their dogs. Do you know why dogs (especially puppies) jump on you? It's to get your attention. What I would tell people to do is withdraw their attention by turning their back to the pup. Don't say anything, don't give a coomand they likely don't understand anyway and they will stop jumping. After awhile they start to understand that jumping on you isn't getting him/her the attention they are seeking.

My point obviously is, if all of us take away attention, he is very likely to skulk away

His post after post after post in threads shows that he doesn't even need attention ... as far as I can tell.

But I do agree with you, notwithstanding what I just said.
