So...you believe a private company should provide their services to you "free".

Doesn't sound very LLibertarian to me.

I believe that my tax obligation should be able to be complied with on a form the size of a postcard.  That I shouldn't need an outside company merely to comply.  I suppose I could get the forms at the post office for free so I have to pay a  company for the convenience of doing it from my computer.

Agreed...unless you have more info than a postcard can handle, which it sounds like you do.

Still, you can do it for "free"...yet you choose to pay a company to do it for you. Isn't that what free enterprise capitalism is all about?

I'm surprised you'd complain about it...being the Tea Party LLibertarian you are.

You're still living out your manifesto, even after being proven wrong by Wikipedia?

Wow.

Maybe it is time to get a tune-up.  You are completely nuts.

There is no way you would go to the socialist post office, next to the socialist police department, next to the socialist fire department, driving on those socialist roads as you walk on those socialist sidewalks by the socialist courthouse.

Then wow us all, link some news articles that discuss the scourge of right-wing socialists you seem to think are all around us.

So far you linked a wikipedia article that totally disproved what you consider right-wing socialists to be.   Seems you're in kooky manifesto land, but I'm giving you a chance, link away.

Cutesy gifs don't prove anything, other than you're weaseling out of the argument, and that you're a childish fraud.

Yep, you know how it goes MYF. The sad thing is that some Stockholm Syndrome Trumpies/Cons will make excuses for Trump not protecting certain workers which include health workers and first responders.

So, you'll no longer be taking any write-offs that come from being a landlord?

You'll only be reporting the income, no expenses, as you previously stated. Although you own 2 rentals properties, you file taxes using the 1040EZ. Sure you do...

That's what I do, don't know what to tell you.  I itemize nothing and do it myself online with H&R Block.

Yeah...you're either pizzing away money, or hiding income. Hope you never get audited.

I am certain I am puzzling money away.  I don't even maintain a savings account because I can't be bothered with transferring funds and declaring the little bit of interest I earn.  I shouldn't have to keep receipts and hire someone to comply with my obligations.

Let's say one of your tenants pays $1000 month rent. Where do you report that $12K?

1040 schedule E.  I fill out total rent then the insurance, tax, and mortgage.

It costs about $70.00 and I spend about 30 minutes doing it each year.  It should be free.

Free? Bernie Sanders is that you?
