Actually she's looking for knights in shining armour to come to the rescue...oh my dear, lets break out the smelling salts....

That's an actual quote from her. Imagine if there was no video and she repeated that when the cops showed up. Puts them in a very difficult position of trying to determine what actually happened. He could've been arrested and charged.

Yes...she was looking to alter his existence...only it backfired. She's one dangerous vindictive gal that needed to be taken down a peg or two.  I can imagine the ramifications if police arrived in their presence.

Yes...she was looking to alter his existence...only it backed fire. She's one dangerous vindictive gal that needed to be taken down a peg or two.  I can imagine the ramifications if police arrived in their presence.

From what I've heard, he's been very gracious in excusing her behavior and stating that he didn't feel she should lose her job over the incident.

She should not have lost her job over it ... I seriously have issues with people losing their job over happenings when they are on their own time ... there are a lot of racist people ... just because one is racist that is not an excuse to fire them ... unless they show racism on the job.

She is a despicable human being ... but even despicable human beings should be allowed to work as long as they behave on the job.

If he was arrested, would she be gracious enough to tell the truth?  We will never know...

I get that, but a company's status & reputation are on the line if that type of behavior is associated with the company in the public's eye.

Unlikely, because she could've been charged with false reporting.

I guess it depends on how far it went.

That's why parents are telling their kids to be careful what they post in facebook.  Employers are checking into their accounts to get a feel for their future hirees. What they do in their private time has bearing to their character. As they represent the company's status and reputation.

For example a history with KKK/white supremacist association would have bearing especially with higher management hirees' ability to hire, promote and dismissals. There is a reason why those associated with such groups keeps it under wraps. If a company has no problems with that reputation then by all means go forward. A full disclosure without deception of such association is freeing. It allows future employees to make choices in job applications.

The guy I wont call him a Police Officer most likely is going to jail for a long time. I don't know what they are trained in Minnesota but the man was cuffed subdued and as soon as he was he should have been placed in the vehicle and transported . No excuse to keep your knee on a mans neck for as long as he did. The Officers who were they should have stopped it way before it got to that point. I don't know what happened before, if he resisted or not. It was reported he did but without video these Officers lose the benefit of the doubt. Even if he did no excuse.

I've belong to other groups in Law Enforcement and they are overwelmingly condemming this guys actions. Some are saying he deserves due process like anyone else but from the video we see I don't see how anybody with the information provided can condone the actions taken. No comparison IMO with Eric Garner. The Officer was not indicted and he was fired for not an illegal chokehold but going against department procedures.

There are instances where even though cuffed an Officer is still in danger.

Watch this video if you disagree. Not comparing this to Minnesota but an example of some of what Police Officers deal with.

Yeah, cops have a tough gig but from what I saw in that vid excessive force was used. Once the dude was immobilized there was no need to lean on his neck.

Id bet the DA is considering murder or manslaughter charges.

Details are still sketchy regarding the events that led to the police call regarding "an attempted forgery in progress" in Minneapolis that led to the death of George Floyd.  Video released does not seem to corroborate statements by police officials that Floyd was resisting arrest, although he is seen talking to the arresting officers in an animated fashion as they led him to a police vehicle.  Why that officer would have continued to keep his knee on Floyd's neck in that manner after Floyd complained repeatedly about not being able to breathe and the crowd joined in making appeals for the officer to relent is beyond me...especially in light of what happened in similar circumstances to Eric Garner in NYC not so long ago.  The video is extremely disturbing...

This video is extremely hard to watch, if this isn't a murder in the first degree I don't know what is.. Another thing, I see several white people, just average citizens standing arounf and watching, if I was standing there I don't care what the situation was I would have shoved that cop off of the mans kneck, even if I got arrested, what is wrong with people, do they look at black people as animals or what ??? I've never treated one of my farm animals that bad, it would be like putting one of my cows in a headgate/shute and once they were restrained, start beating on them on until they fell dead ?? I've never been for public execution, but this is a case for it... I know not all cops are bad, but however many cops were at this killing, they're all bad....
