I turned the TV off as soon as the 3rd out. But this morning I wake up to the News and Headlines. Rays taunt Yankees after winning ALDS, play 'New York, New York' during on-field celebrations. Just shows once again what a bunch of Bush League no class low life team and organization they are. And that should be a message to MLB, and show how this game is losing fans and respect. They should look at videos of a class sport like the NHL, where after a hard faught physical series, both teams and players along with coaches line up and shake hands with class. Like this picture of The Canadians Rocket Richard with, and Jim Henry of Boston shaking hands. Y7images.app.goo.gl/8RTwYKVU6aoAt3dJ6

No matter how many games they win, they will always be losers.

You are right MO, I will always love my Yankees and cherish the great memories. But I am,losing respect for this game I grew up loving and playing in the 5 boroughs of NYC. The game and respect for this game has gone down hill with a bunch of spoiled millionaires, and all these ridiculous rule changes and gets worst every year.

Doing what the Rays did should never be allowed in MLB which is supposed to be with grown men. Even, the little league WS has more class then MLB.

Nothing to be proud of when a team has less fans than players on their active roster.

Everyone sees how the Rays are classless ... Hope the Dodgers kick their butts.

Tony, that is one thing about the NHL I always liked a lot. No matter how hard fought, even acrimonious, a series became, they always lined up and shook hands.

Some guys even patted an opponent on the chest or shoulder. The goalies especially seemed to have respect for each other. All of that is classy to me. Would like to see something like that in the MLB playoffs.

Classless move, I guess that's entertainment for them and their fair weather 10,000 person fan base. They don't deserve to be in the same paragraph with Rocket Richard and Sugar Jim Henry. Those two guys knew how to handle winning as well as losing.

Hey, Jim. Do you remember when the Reds last won the WS? I was too young to have followed the game of baseball back then, but I watched an old video of that series. I believe that after Cincy swept KC their players did nothing but trash talk to them. I thought it was pretty classless, but it seems mild compared to the Rays mocking the Yankees.

The last time the Reds won the WS was in 1990, they swept the Oakland Athletics. I don't recall any particular discussions or mention of any trash talking at that time. But it has been around a while now, and I've never liked it. Classless and disrespectful.

The game isn't what it used to be anymore, Raymond. We need to inject the spirits of the early 60's, mid to late 70s, and late 90's Yankees into these guys for next season.
