This will not be a popular post but I believe the Yankees should try to get Scott Rolen from the Reds today. With A ROD out for almost two months Scott Rolen would be the perfect right handed third baseman to platoon with Eric Chavez. Yes Rolen isn't the same hitter nor is he the same defensive third baseman but he's better than Nix or Nunez and will be cheap to aquire. The one major thing is he's shown that he can play in a major market and a change of scenery will get him going and with a platoon of Chaves and Rolen they will save a lot of errors at third base. This is my first post and hope you all can excuse my spelling and how I phrase sentences because I have Parkinsons Disease which causes me to have tremors.
