How good was C.C. Sabathia in Game 1? I'll tell you not good, but dominating. CC 8 innings of one run ball. CC retired all of the Angels lead off man in every inning. The Yankees played great defense in Damon sliding catch, Cano diving stop, and CC throw to 1st off Hunters bunt attempt (BTW Hunter, you were out, Tex had his foot on the bag with the ball for a split second.) Angels defense was bad, I guess there are not use to cold weather. Yankees pitching are just TOO HOT right now.

Panthers finally won, but they barely won. The Redskins are such a talented team, but they dont seem use it to win. They make poor decisions. Oh yeah, remember the Lions beat the Redskins to end the Lions losing streak.

What a game that was. Are the Bengals for real? Yes, I think so. The Ravens complained about the penalties on them vs the Patriots, well they can blame themselves for the penalties vs the Bengals which cost them the game in crunch time.

Atlanta Falcons @ San Francisco 49ers..My pick is the Atlanta Falcons.

NOT EVEN CLOSE. Falcons just murdered the 49ers. I guess the 49ers were looking ahead to their bye week and not the Falcons.

YANKEES SWEEP TWINS!!! The Twins has just played their last game at the Metrodome. Yankees has had just timely hitting in late innings. Alex Rodriguez HR in 7th to tie it and Jorge Posada go ahead HR. Andy Pettite pitched great as usual in postseason play. How about those Twins. Can it get that bad. They can't hold leads, poor baserunning, and the inability to shut down the Yankees in late innings. Nick Punto, probably the best producer in the series rounded 3rd after Denard Span hit a chopper to 2nd, Jeter throws home and Posada throws to the 3rd to get Punto. Punto never looked at his 3rd base coach until it was too late. Pavano pitched a heck of a ball game, but like the other Twins pitchers, they could not shut down the Yankees when they get the lead. Rivera got a 4 out save to sweep the series. The Yankees are back in the ALCS since 2004 and they will face the Angels. A tough challenge ahead.

Hello, This is Alan.

The Twins has given the Yankees some competition and hard fought wins. Even though the Yankees won game 1 by the score of 7-2, the Twins still manage to make the Yankees feel uneasy at times. In game 2 they that especially, but the Yankees prevail in games 1 and 2 and now have a commanding 2-0. They will go for the sweep on Sunday at the Metrodome with Andy Pettite going against Carl Pavano.

The Twins has major issues. They can't seem to hold on to leads against NY. They have had leads in all nine games, but fail to hold on to them, four walk offs in those nine games.

Game 1 starter CC Sabathia was good, not great. He gave up some hits, but he prevail to allow one earn run and a win

Game 2 starter Burnett was good. He gave way too many walks and hit a couple batters. He allow only one earn run and ND.

Alex Rodriguez, the past is the past now. He is on fire. He has 5 RBI and HR. He has been clutch in ever at bat when they needed that one hit especially the game tying 2 run HR off Joe Nathan.

Mark Teixeria going hitless until the 9th inning got a huge single to start off the inning against Nathan in game 2 that lead to Arod HR. He also made a huge plays in the top 11th with the bases loaded and no outs. Caught the line drive by Delmon Young and the force out at home of the bat of Carlos Gomez. Bottom 11th..two words "WALK OFF"..and another PIE!!!

I think the Yankees are going to sweep the Twins because Andy Pettite is starting and he has been so good in postseason play. As for the Twins they have Carl Pavano..REALLY!!! This should be fun. Lets Go Yankees!!!

Angels vs Red Sox..I'm surprise that its 2-0 Angels in the series. Only one run in two games for Boston, but as a Yankee Fan don't count out the Red Sox. I think this series is going 5 games.
