Jake Delhomme has signed a two-year deal to throw interceptions for the Cleveland Browns.  After a career that boasts 120 TD's paired with 89 interceptions, the 35-year old quarterback has found a new home.  Coming off the worst season of his career, one that was plagued by an abundance of interceptions (18), Jake is now presented with the task to lead a much less talented team than his former Panthers.
