Anybody who thinks Igawa is the last pitcher we sign is goofy! I think they will go to ST with 7 starters. Maybe 8. They arent going to get caught short handed again. Who will they be? I dont know. I'm waiting for a surprise.

That's what is hard about commenting on a baseball player that hasn't played much in the states besides a small sample of a few games that he has pitched in a exhabition. I'm holding out hope for the guy but who knows. We'll see what happens in a few months.

This is a good signing by the Yanks. Adds a young lefty to the rotation who can give innings.

It will be nice to see a few more lefties in the rotation.

There is a strong possibility that Randy is to have a up-and-down season (well, his career as a Yankee has been somewhat, but maybe worse) due to his back next year. So, Cashman will most likely get two more....one more SP at least. I'm hoping they will get Clemens and Andy back, but that's wishful thinking.

If Yanks can get someone like D-Train for Melky + someone + cash, I'm all for it.
