I'd say the Sheffield trade... Pick up the option and then dumped the BUM!! Brilliant move!!!

Yup, that was the best move this offseason.
And who says Cashman isn't the best? :-D

I like the Sheff trade because the Yankees could have let him go an dgotten nothing out of him, Ca$hmoney picked him up and got some pretty nice prospects.

i'd say its a tie so far between Moose and the Sheffield trade

allthough, the Britton deal could prove to be the best. We knew Shef would bag us at least one top arm, but I don't think anybody predicted us getting a MLB caliber RP for Wright.

No matter what happens though, Cashman has proven to me that he is a top mlb GM after the Sheff, Wright, Abreu, and Mussina transactuons.

I'll say the Sheff trade 1st, Wright trade 2nd.

Totally agree, the Yankees dump a cancer for 3 young pitching arms, when people thought they wouldn't be able to get much for him, great deal for the Yanks.

well... there weren't many moves made so the Sheff deal was an easy choise to be the best move so far
