Johnson,Wang, Pavano, Mussina and Igawa Hughes will be in the minoe leagues - increases his pitch count Payroll will go down alot
cashman has done nothing to help the 2007 yankees.
it is hard to believe that. wait till opening day.
Igawa will be a fourth or fifth starter. What happen to the old Yankees staff of aces?

Link?
This rotation is cr.ap, well not cr.ap but close to it.
Wang,Mussina,Johnson,Igawa,Pavano
If that is the rotation, that is how it should look.
And move Povano up, when he proves himself, and/or move Johnson down as he falls apart.

Cashman is so clueless, we went into this off-season with the goal of improving our pitching... so far all we've done is replace wright with a bigger unknown.. and gotten rid of sheffield so our offense isn't going to be as good, like it or not.. mussina, johnson another year older.. pavano as big a question mark as ever... torre has said over and over if he could ask for one more thing next year it was "more options in the pen".. what has cashman done? he's added britton but can anyone honestly torre trusting him? i can't... torre has his boys...leaves everyone else out of the group... and don't forget they're talking about proctor as a starter... weakens the pen even more.. now they're discussing bringing back craig wilson? Give me a break.. they are bringing back the same exact team as last year.. . do the yankees care about winning anymore?> do they care about putting the best product on the field?

Cashman was on ESPN radio at 5 Pm for 15 minutes and Pavano in Florida working out

This is not a dominating SP rotation by any stretch of the imagination, but I think starting in 08' the prospects will begin to come in and they will improve the pitching staff. Also the Yankees have a very good bullpen I believe and hopefully the keep Proctor in the pen.

yeah, cause last year's team total blew, couldn't even win the division...oh. wait.
the heck with working on the rotation - Cashman needs to do something about these boards...
