I think Bedard and Hernandez should be a few spots higher, but besides that i think it is accurate.

I think that we might have a better 1-2 punch if it is Joba and Hughes. Let's put it this way. Joba and Hughes do what they might do, based on potential, we may cause some problems.

Maine and Perez are better than Pedro.

Definitely. The list I made is as of now, to begin the season, by midseason things will certainly change for alot of clubs.
