Although I'm not a Mets fan, I do go to Shea to catch a game each year because the majority of my family and friends are fans. Since the Dodgers are in town, I though to catch the game with my family to see Torre et al. Mets certainly seem energized tonight. They have their share of problems, it remains to be seen if they can overcome it. Although I might quietly cheer for the Dodgers, I have to say for one night, the Mets seem to come alive..........

alright homeboy, I think it's easy enough to list the current struggles of any team that isn't playing to their full potential, and you obviously listen to talk radio and have heard mike and the mad dong slam the mets enough to repeat it all like a parrot. When the Mets are playing well, they are just about unbeatable and when they loose, it's usually their own doing, if they don't sabotage themselves (like last year), it's a wrap. thank you for your good luck, but it is skill, not luck, that will most likely prove me right. stop worrying about the Mets....... aren't you a Yankee fan? talk about underachieving, how'd you like that subway series, still bitter huh?

Yeah im going to Shea twice this year because i've only been once before, and im trying to go to as many parks as I can. I went yesterday to see Torre, and it was a pretty good game. Im also going on my birthday to see the yanks against the mets, so that will be great. And no, im not leaving the yankees behind.

Actually I don't listen to Mike and the Mad Dogg. Oh and the stats that I bought up wasn't there current struggles but the full potential of the players they currently have. Such as me stating Mike Pelfrey never having any success in his career, Beltran being just over a .270 career hitter, Oh and Pedro being injury prone. These aren't bad starts they are known facts.

Oh and the only subway series i'm concerned about is the only important one the Mets and Yankees have ever been in, that was the 2000 WS where the Yanks came home champs. Maybe it is you that is bitter about that.

And just out of curiousity who is worried about the Mets, I was simply responding to your crazy comment of the Mets being Unbeatable when there right. From where I see it even when they are right they are flawed. A team with an Old Rotation and a Bad Pen and an average age over 30 isn't an unbeatable team when right.
