frown

In the cold I went to Shea today, and amidst the ice and snow it was a sad sight.

There
is little left, only about a fifth of the stadium is left, around Gate
C. All the upper level is gone except for some very large steel
girders, some iof which I saw crash loudly to the ground.

A
crane-type thing, with a grasper at the end, was pulling the place
apart piece by piece. The concrete and blue beams are strewn about what
was the infield.

Wish they imploded the place and got it done quickly.

Citifield is done on the outside. They really need to get rid of all the auto body chop shops, though.

How is that a sad sight???

I had absolutely no clue that had started dismantling The Dump until 2 days ago when Michael Kay said it on his radio show.

Looks similar to the way it looked before.
