Actually he is 6'3.

She meant he has 6 stolen bases without being caught. Actually he has 7 now after last night.

i have to admit the yanks did a great job coming back like they did . glad i was wrong about the outcome of the game

You've said that about 23 times this year. How about not giving up on the team so fast?

and i will keep admitting i was wrong when the yanks prove me wrong .

Hey Rat, ignore these self styled vigilante clique pouncing on anyone expressing frustration during the course of the game.

There are 8 or 10 predictable YES card holders who try to limit the membership to their ilk!

It was one of ARod's best games.  I never, in 56 years as a Yankee fan, saw or heard tell of anybody stealing third base twice in the same inning (much less with the same batter up.)

Only better base running was when Damon stole two bases on one pitch in the World Series.

A-Rod for MVP!!!

He can't be hurting too much if he can steal like that. It makes me wonder why he can't hit better.

The first thing that starts deteriorating in an athlete is his timing.  That's true of any sport and that's true of anybody.

When I was 15, my timing on the field or at bat was pretty dern good.  You couldn't, for instance, throw me a ball I couldn't catch no matter how hard and if it was within two or three feet of my extended glove hand.  Now, 49 years later, it's not worth two hoots in He!!.

And, as for nobody expecting the Yanks to win every game; I do, at least, for the first inning, and longer still, depending on how that one goes.

bingo!  don't ask me what we will do for the next 20 games but I'll predict every day that we are winning tonight - since there is no game tonight I'm predicting a win for tomorrow...  how any "fan" can go into a game expecting to lose makes you wonder why they are so miserable...

They are natural Cubs fans who got confused at the train station.
