Looks like Gardner will not come back this season. Time to look else where, Shane Victorino comes to my mind wonder if it will come to Cashman's.

I'm thinking he means that Gardner's .321 would likely win the silver slugger award, though obviously he won't qualify.

Kinda lost me between Gold Glove Award winner and an MRI near you. Where's a detective when you need one? Maybe the Yes Board Pres can solve it for us.

As for Brett Gardner, he sure is a frustrating player. For such a young player, he sure gets hurt alot and his slumps are too long for a guy with his speed. I think I'd just keep Gardner off the field for a few more weeks, tell him to heal up and hope he is 100% by then. It just doesn't seem whatever is bothering him is going away. Maybe he needs more milk for his bones. lol
