Hey guys my name is Dan and I'm a huge Yankees fan. I heard about this site and have been lurking as a guest for the past few weeks to see how I liked it. To my surpise, this was one of the better sites I had ever seen. Very picturesque, organized, and detailed in terms of Yankee trivia, facts, and information. A lot of posters I have read here and during the in game chats seem very smart as well, so I decided to make an official Yes account.

I frequently post over at mlbtraderumors under the handle DerekJeterDan, but on this site I'm just JeterDan :-) I figured the best time to start this account and really get going would be during a Yankee/Red Sox series. Yesterday as soon as I entered an in game chat, Andruw Jones hit his game tying homerun and from then on I felt a really good vibe about this spot. You can follow my posts over at mlbtraderumors and I'm going to try my hardest to make it a habit to be a regular here as well. Will be great getting to post with some of you, during the Yankees quest for #28.

I've already met some of you yesterday, just thought I'd say hi to the rest of the Yes community as well. Lets Go Yankees!
