The Girardi haters will disagree, but he really has done quite a job keeping this mess at least technically on contention.
I'd also give the front office an F, though they will have to divide it up behind closed doors since none of us really knows who makes what decisions.

Agreed w/most of what you listed. I gave Mo an A+ since he still performing at very high level at 43 years old. He's outperformimg others half his age.
I gave Hiro an A+ as well as he lost games by 1 run where he pitched his ass off. Hafner an F as he's paid to do one job & his performance in that 1 job is putrid. Nunez I felt at the beginning of the season would have hit better. He needs to have an offensive game that makes one forget that he is a defensive liability. I may be too harsh of a grader on Stewart as he's a career back-up & so he's giving what he's got.

Agree with most of your grades... Joba gets an F ... you can't really pitch him anymore...it looks like his Yankee career may be coming to an end...F for Failure. Hafner gets a C-... some production despite low ba...he managed to avoid catastrophic injury and that's a plus for TH.

I agree with all of these luv, but Kuroda, Mo get half grade higher and Stewart and Phelps a half grade lower.
