If it's true the horrible side show called ARod is in the lineup then I'm hoping that every mouth in the stands opens up with BOO every AB....even if he hits a HR in the Stadium.

Him and all the rest of his steroid popping pals have so muddied a great sport, spit on sacred record numbers burned in the minds and hearts of all of us as kids it's sickening.

We as fans have no other way to show our disgust with him . So let the boos rain down.

He isn't worth the effort. If we just ignore him maybe it'll drive him crazy and hell leave?

He will always find some dolly in the stands to flirt with.

I can't believe that he will set foot on the field in a Yankee uniform again ... what a horror.

“I don’t know what happened with Alex. He’s my teammate, and I have to support him 100 percent,” Yankees closer Mariano Rivera said Monday. “We need to see where this goes. The good thing about this is we’re cleaning the game. That’s the way it should be. I think this is a message for whoever tries to do this again, that it’s going to be caught. It’s going to be caught.”

“I mean, I have to support him,” he added. “He’s my teammate. He’s my brother. Definitely, I (can’t) say if he did or didn’t do it. If it happens, I can’t throw him in the street, you know? He’s still my brother.”

I respect the opinion of everyone on this board, but I will follow the example of Mariano Rivera. The world would probably be a lot better if A Rod did the that too...and if the rest of use followed.

Sorry, I won't give him a standing ovation, but I'm not booing anyone that wears the Yankee uniform.

I love Mariano ... but I will choose to have my own opinions.

If I was at the game I wouldn't boo him either ... I don't boo the pinstripes ... but that doesn't mean I won't sit in horror watching him wear them.

I don't boo nor cheer for people like him. If he's in the lineup, then he's in the lineup.

Count me in... I do not like what he has allegedly done.  Despite of his poor choices, I won't boo this flawed man. Undoubtedly if reports are accurate, he's an embarassment to Yankee pinstripes.
