I don't understand how this Yankees' staff does not throw inside more to make the opposing teams' big hitters feel uncomfortable.

The Yankees' hitters seemingly get hit quite often and yet over the most recent years, this team doesn't and/or refuses to be aggressive inside to opposing batters.

So tired of seeing this teams' batters getting hit & the Yankee pitchers don't respond.

I couldn't agree more. It's not just making our guys move their feet either. They're running heat in on their hands and breaking bones. This pvssy crap has to stop.

Im gonna disagree with the title lf this post.  Our pitchers NEED to start hitting other batterS.  Enough is enough.

Agreed Boston pitchers have been throwing at the Yanks for years, now other teams have picked up on it.It's past time Yankee pitchers stick up for their teammates.I wasn't a Tony LaRussa fan but he had the right idea.If you hit 1 of ours we're gonna hit 2 of yours.

in the dempster/arod game, i think 4 yanks got hit yet no payback. yankee pitchers have to make these guys uncomfortable. they can start with moving guys like papi & longoria off the plate.

Where've you been? Joe G and I have been saying this isn't really a gentleman's game for ages now.

I've been right here all along, but just now expressing my thoughts.

I wish that Joe would use Joba as our designated hitter since he's good for nothing else anyway.

Phil Hughes could benefit by pitching inside more as well & if he hits someone...oh well.

Hughes can benefit from a good splitter and a set of brass ones.
