The Cop who is Black too knows this guy, knows he's been in prison for shooting at police before. You can feel the anxiety in his voice as he commands him to not move. BY Nina Golgowski NEW YORK DAILY NEWS Wednesday, January 21, 2015, 2:36 PM Tough to really comment on. The Officer on the passenger side doing the talking said he saw a gun in the glove box. It seems like the Officer thought the man on the passenger side might be reaching for a possible weapon in the car and moving when he told him not to which made the Officer start going off. I have no idea why he shot him when he got out.. It's on video. Will have to wait for them to do the investigation and see what caused him to shoot him. The driver had his hands out the window which was a good move on his part. Just from the video it doesn't look good but you can't really see what was going on in the car.

bomberhojoe Posts: 15,492	I agree with yank0428. It sounds like the passenger was not following the officers instructions and may have been reaching for the weapon prior to exiting the vehicle.
