First ... paying off hookers didn't happen "while he was in office", which was the premise of your question. It's also not illegal to enter into a non-disclosure agreement with another person.
Second... obstruction of justice. There is no proof that Trump obstructed justice. Show me proof and I'll consider it.
Third ... making money on his businesses. That's a plain old joke. Obama made millions by funnelling projects to companies in which he had heavy investments. Bush and Cheney, same deal. Clinton and Gore, same deal. Unless you want to freeze all of a president's assets and force them to put all of their investments into government bonds while they're president, you're not going to stop them from making money. The fact is that Trump is just doing it in a different way, not as a shareholder, but as a business owner (which in essence, shareholers are business owners).
