Apparently he is getting a lot of looks from teams. How do you feel about Buck replacing Boone?

I think the problem was with the players, and that is on the Yankee braintrust. Having a .200 hitter bat cleanup is not championship offense. That said, it seems like Boone took a team that was on the cusp of the WS, were it not for the cheaters, and has regressed slightly each year with the same core team.

Maybe Boone isn't the right fit, but not sure about Buck. Sad to say but the last 3 Yankee seasons has me feeling nostaligic for... Girardi.

There's a lot of Showalter talk on this board. If they do decide to move on from Boone, I highly doubt it would be Buck. Probably someone younger.

Someone younger and will be on board with analytics and sabermetrics and that's not Buck. The next manager will be a duplicate of Boone. Until the front office changes their philosophy, the manager will be a yes man that takes orders.

This is an interesting list. Willie would get my vote, I think the team would benefit from someone with a history of winning in NYC, knows NY, has experience managing and would command respect.

Sure, let's get all new blood in here and 10 games into the season you'll want them all fired.
