Beltran is horrendous ... and it's not just the accent! He is captain obvious with an accent and a very limited vocabulary. He actually once used the word funky to describe the hitters style and in the same at bat said the pitcher had a funky windup.

Actually, IMO, exactly the opposite. Maybin offers very good observations and insight. Just needs to get more comfortable...has gotten rid of the "love", "hugs", etc. that filled his earlier efforts. It's not as easy as some may think...both O'Neill & Flaherty were horrible early on.

No it's not... how do you assume to tell me how I feel about someone. I don't care for Beltran as an announcer. I find him difficult to understand, boring at not at all insightful. There's no chemistry.
