Like all players who make it to pro ball, Andujar had worked very hard to get to where he was before being derailed by injury. Says a lot about those who take pleasure and gloat over his misfortune.
That is why it is probably wise not to fall too much in love with propects like Peraza, Cabrera and Volpe even if they have initial success in 2023 until they show that they can do it for the long haul.

Injuries have ended the careers of many players, prospects and established players alike. There's no control over that, although many complain of players not going "all out" or playing hurt.
I have no doubt Andujar would've been an everyday MLB player somewhere had it not been for his injury. Hopefully he'll have the opportunity to re-establish himself somewhere.
