Unfortunately, they don't have much depth at C. They could go with a prospect, although all the prospects that are healthy have only made it to high-A in their careers. Think Gary Sanchez is game ready and would come back (jk)?

to the IL?? don't think that's the case. he returns to action early next week and will be ready for opening day. here's boone's thursday update:



Catcher Jose Trevino (wrist sprain) is swinging a bat again and is expected to return to action sometime by early next week. Trevino injured his wrist on a swing last week, but did not require an injection.
