It's my understanding Putin will be limited to travel to just a few "friendly" countries (China, Iran, etc.), and will be subject to arrest in most other countries.

I doubt he'll leave the cave he's been hiding in any time soon... Most likely covered in more cement than it would have taken to build trumps wall...
