Biden Impeachment Inquiry

With the inquiry moving forward, it seems that the White House is already recruiting the biggest Democratic friends:  the media machine.  A Biden administration official delivered its marching orders to press outlets, encouraging them to act with a higher level of "scrutiny" when it covers the inquiry.

Although I have no problem with the media using a high level of scrutiny with any reporting, this reeks of government interference in the free press.

Looks like things are getting tense in the CooCoo Caucus clash with Squeaker McCarthy.  Kevin has even dropped f-bombs in replies to their imminent threats to his Squeakerhood...

I can imagine if the Trump Administration wrote to the press a letter stating (or implying) that they shouldn't publish things the Democrats were saying about them.

With the impeachment inquiry looming, the first bit of legal trouble for the Biden family has come with Hunter being indicted on federal gun charges.  Will this be the first piece of the wall to break exposing the Biden crime family?

Other than the delusions of very poorly educated QaNut freaks, bigots, and perverts, the only crime family running for the presidency is the Trump Crime Family.

The effin' maroons on the right keep coming with the false equivalencies in their attempts to prop up The Orange Menace.

You didn't answer the question...how is it "government interference in the free press"?

Nowhere was it said that the press "shouldn't publish things". Why would you have a problem with the media being urged to do exactly what you say you "have no problem with"?

When the White House sends a letter to the press to tell them to do what they should be doing anyway about an investigation of the President, that smells of interference.  Why was the letter necessary except to send a message to the press?

Did Biden's administration send a letter to the press to encourage "scrutiny" with evidence regarding Trump's investigations?  the border crisis?  Hunter's laptop?  any other current issue?  No.  This letter says:  "they're coming after me and I don't want you to publish anything about it."
